I love finding meals that not only are so simple to make but perfect to make when you don’t really feel like cooking but know you need to get something on the table. That’s where this dish comes in. Not only is it made in one pan so you don’t have to get many dishes dirty, but it’s made with many pantry ingredients that you may already have on hand. These simple ingredients also pack a lot of flavor into this dish. It’s easy enough to switch up with different flavor of chicken sausage too!

FAQs:
Can I meal prep this dish?
This dish is great to eat right after making it. While you can meal prep it, I would only recommend enjoying for two days for quality taste. It is great to reheat for leftovers!
What if I don’t like chicken sausage?
If you don’t like chicken sausage or want to try something else, you can! You can also make this meatless and leave it out. I would try ground pork sausage to switch it up.
Can I make this dairy free?
Yes! You can easily leave out the grated parmesan cheese here to make this dish dairy free.
