I’m so happy you’re here! I created my blog as a way to connect with more of you! I want to expand on my recipes and create a place where I can share more on my passion for living a happy, healthy & balanced life.
I absolutely love being in the kitchen. I always want my meals to feel like something that you could easily make at home. If I can do it, so can you. I try to use only a few ingredients & create meals that can be easily prepped for busy weeks. Meal prepping and preparing has been a foundation for me in my health journey. I love to experiment in the kitchen whether it be with new flavors, ingredients or recreating a dish from a local restaurant. You can usually find me running on the trail in Austin or taking my pup, Milo, for a walk.
As a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I want to help you find your own unique balance. Whether that be with simply starting out or feeling confused within your health journey–that is what I am here for.
My goal is to show you that living a healthy, balanced lifestyle is so unique to each individual. I want to be there as a little source of healthy inspiration for you, whether that be with food or life. I look forward to getting to know you!
