I can guarantee the whole family will love it too! Plus, there are so many ways you can customize them so that you’re switching it up each time. Next time you’re trying to figure out what’s for dinner, I bet you have a few ingredients lying around to make these easy tortilla pizzas.

Easy Tortilla Pizzas
What you need to make these Easy Tortilla Pizzas:
Tortilla (I used the La Tortilla Factory ones here)
Sauce of choice (I used Trader Joe’s Romesco Dip and pizza sauce)
Toppings of choice:
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Shredded Parmesan
- Tomato
- Fresh Basil
- Sausage
- Olives
- Turkey Pepperoni
Italian Seasoning
How to make a Tortilla Pizza:
- Start with your tortilla of choice.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Top tortilla with desired ingredients
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning before baking
- Place in the oven for 12-14 minutes until side of tortillas begin to get crispy
All the different topping combinations you can use for Tortilla Pizza:
- Pesto + Mozzarella + Chicken Sausage
- Pizza Sauce + Mozzarella + Veggies
- Pizza Sauce + Pepperoni + Mozzarella
- Pesto + Mozzarella + Parmesan + Mushrooms + Banana Peppers
- Pizza Sauce + Sausage + Turkey Pepperoni + Mozzarella
- Romesco Sauce + Mozzarella + Tomatoes + Fresh Basil

Recipe Tips:
- You can switch these up as much as you want! Add more cheese, less cheese, more toppings–you name it! Any kind of pizza combo that you love can be used to top on these tortillas and baked into a pizza.
- I’ve only tried these with a whole wheat tortilla! I can’t guarantee tortilla alternatives would work and hold up as well as these do.

Easy Tortilla Pizzas
Simple and delicious way to make pizza at home!
Ingredients
- 2 tortillas (I used a whole wheat tortillas--large size)
- For romesco mozzarella pizza:
- 1/4 cup romesco dip
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato
- fresh basil
- dash of Italian seasoning
- red pepper flakes for topping
- For meat pizza:
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6-7 turkey pepperonis
- 2 tbsp kalmalata olives
- 1/4 cup sausage
- dash of Italian seasoning
- red pepper flakes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lay out tortilla and top with ingredients listed. Option to use ingredients that you chose!
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust gets crispy around the edges.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Option to add more cheese, toppings etc.
