Brownie Bliss Bites

Think brownie but in a bite form and ya have it with these! Seriously the first batch I made of these went in two days. Oops. But they are SOO good. And only a few ingredients which makes these brownie bliss bites even better! These are perfect for when your sweet tooth kicks in during the day or after dinner. I have no doubt that you will love these as much as I do! And beware for the amount of times you will be going to grab them out of the refrigerator…

Brownie Bliss Bites

Note: These are Whole30 approved if you use almond milk instead of maple syrup.

What you need to make Brownie Bites:

  • Raw walnuts
  • Pitted dates (deglet noor pitted dates)
  • Maple syrup (can also sub this for almond milk)
  • Cacao powder
  • cinnamon, sea salt
  • Optional: add in 2-3 scoops chocolate collagen peptides (I use Further Food--discount code is onebalancedlife)

I love to add a little more and roll these Brownie Bites in:

  • Hemp Seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut shreds
  • Chocolate Chia Seeds

How do you store these?

Some of my favorite ways to store these bites are in Stasher Bags or Porter Bowls. These make it easy to grab and go from the fridge! You can also store these in the freezer if you prefer.

How long will these last?

They will last up to a week in the fridge or stored longer in the freezer! If they even last for a week in the fridge, I would be surprised 😉

Can I use medjool dates instead of deglet noor ?

No! I recommend sticking to the recipe for deglet Noor dates here as medjool dates usually differ in size.
