Chomps Egg Muffins

These are such an easy thing to prep for a busy week ahead! If you love eggs but need more of an on the go option, these are it. I love how you can really switch them up based off what you like or already have at home! I added in the Chomps for additional protein and I just really love these snack sticks. But you can switch up the veggies, add a different protein source like chicken sausage or ground turkey & really customize based off your tastebuds! I like to make 6 of these at a time but you can also double if you need more. Add a little avocado on top of them & maybe even some hot sauce! I hope you love!


  • 6 eggs
  • ⅓ cup red bell pepper
  • ⅓ cup orange bell pepper
  • ⅓ cup chopped spinach
  • 1 Chomps (I used the turkey flavor)
  • ⅓ cup yellow onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spread the bell pepper, chopped spinach, yellow onion, & chomps evenly throughout the muffin tins
  3. Add in the chopped Chomps
  4. Mix 6 eggs and add garlic powder & sea salt/pepper. Pour mixture evenly in muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes
