If you’re looking for an easy, family-friendly dinner that comes together in just one pan, this One Pan Ground Beef Orzo is a recipe you’ll want to keep on repeat. It’s made with seasoned ground beef, tender orzo, a rich tomato sauce, and plenty of melty cheese for a meal that’s comforting, satisfying, and packed with flavor. Everything cooks together in one skillet, making it perfect for busy weeknights when you want something homemade without spending hours in the kitchen.

What you need for One Pan Ground Beef Orzo:
- Ground Beef
- Orzo
- Four Cheese Classico Pasta Sauce
- Beef Broth
- Garlic cloves
- Spinach
- Yellow onion
- Fresh Basil
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make this orzo:
- On a heated non-stick skillet, add extra virgin olive oil.
- Add onion and garlic to sautรฉ. Add in ground beef to brown. Mix in seasonings.
- Add beef broth, pasta sauce and orzo. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes and then set to simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo has completely soaked up broth and sauce. *you may need additional time depending on orzo to allow to fully cook.
- Remove from the heat and mix in grated parmesan cheese to fully combine. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and place lid on top to allow to melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve topped off with fresh parmesan and basil. Enjoy!
How to store your leftover orzo:
It’s best to store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge. I like using these for easy fridge storage!

- 1lb orzo, dry
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 jar (24oz) Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
- 2 1/3 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
