What you need to make peach caprese pasta salad:
- Bowtie Pasta
- Yellow Peaches
- Proscuitto
- Mozzarella Pearls
- Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Dijon Mustard
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Honey
- Sea Salt
- Minced garlic
- Italian Seasoning
How to make this pasta salad:
- Cook pasta according to package.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay prosciutto on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 8 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
- Chop up all ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, mozzarella, basil, tomatoes and baked prosciutto.
- In a small jar, combine dressing ingredients and mix to combine. Pour dressing on top of salad ingredients. Mix together.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction and top with fresh basil to serve.

- 3 oz prosciutto
- 1/2 cup basil, chopped
- 8oz mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- optional toppings: fresh basil, drizzle of balsamic reduction
