Kale Caesar Pasta Salad
I can’t get enough pasta salads this time of year and this Kale Caesar Pasta Salad is a new favorite around here! It’s so simple to make and perfect to serve as a side dish for your summer cookout or dinner spread.

Every year when summer rolls around, I immediately crave the pasta salads. I love how versatile they can be while still being so easy to make too! I knew I wanted to make a kale and caesar one since this is one of my favorite combinations! It really doesn’t get any better than a caesar salad on a hot day. I love this one because you can really switch it up based off what you like! Use any regular, gluten or chickpea pasta or your favorite Caesar salad dressing too.
This would be great paired with a summer cookout spread or even added to your meal prep for simple lunch to have ready to go for the week.
