It’s time to switch up your lunch and I have the perfect thing for you! This Dill Pickle Tuna Salad is so good and great to meal prep for the week! It’s delicious on toast, in a wrap, with crackers or by itself! You’ll love this seriously easy and tasty lunch.

No boring lunches over here! This Dill Pickle Tuna Salad will be your new obsession! Tuna is one of my favorites for a protein packed lunch. Not only is it a pantry staple of mine but it’s so easy to throw together too! Salads like this are perfect to meal prep too. They can be used in a variety of ways like on sourdough, in a wrap or on greens for an easy meal!

This tuna salad comes together in less than 20 minutes, perfect to meal prep and makes for a protein packed, healthy meal option.

What you need for Dill Pickle Tuna Salad:

  • Tuna
  • Dill pickles
  • Avocado Oil Mayo
  • Plain greek yogurt
  • Celery
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Dill Pickle Juice
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Dill Powder
  • Sea salt
  • Black Pepper

How to make this tuna salad:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together tuna, chopped dill pickles and celery.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together “dressing” ingredients. That includes mayo, yogurt, apple cider vinegar and spices. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour dressing on tuna. Mix together to combine. Adjust seasonings if needed.
  4. Enjoy however you like!

How to store your leftover salad:

It’s best to store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge! I like to use these for easy fridge storage!

If you want to switch this up, try doing this instead:

  • Use your tuna salad in a sandwich or wrap!
  • Put a piece of cheese on top and make it into a tuna melt.
  • Top it on greens for a loaded salad!

What if I don’t like mayo?

While I do love the combination of mayo and greek yogurt for this recipe, you can also use just one of those condiments.

Can I use fresh dill?

YES! I love adding fresh herbs when I can and fresh dill would be amazing in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp dill powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • dash of black pepper
