Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowl
This Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowl has been my hyper-fixation meal for a while now and I can’t get enough of it! It’s perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or meal prep for the week too. It also packs in protein and is a good balance of carbs and fat too.

This has quickly become one of my favorite easy weeknight dinners lately. Itโs one of those meals that truly checks all the boxes โ balanced with protein, healthy fats, and carbs while still being incredibly satisfying and simple to throw together. Itโs also perfect for meal prep because you can make a big batch for dinner and have leftovers ready to go the next day.
The combination of taco-seasoned ground beef, crispy roasted sweet potatoes, and creamy cottage cheese is honestly so good. I wasnโt even a cottage cheese person before making this recipe, but now Iโm completely hooked. It adds so much creaminess while also packing in extra protein to make this bowl even more filling and nutritious.
This is also one of those recipes I always fall back on after traveling or after a stretch of eating out a lot. Itโs easy, nourishing, and makes me feel good while still tasting like something I actually crave. The hot honey drizzle takes everything over the top and brings the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors together.
If youโre looking for a simple meal that feels comforting, flavorful, and fueling all at the same time, youโre going to love this one.
