Apple Baked Oatmeal

What you need for Apple Baked Oatmeal:
- Quick oats
- Oat flour
- Eggs
- Brown Sugar
- Milk
- Avocado Oil
- Honeycrisp apple
- Vanilla extract
- Pecans
- Baking Powder
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Ground Ginger
- Salt
How to make this baked oatmeal:
- To a large bowl add the oats, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt and whisk to combine. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl add the eggs, brown sugar, milk, butter or oil, and vanilla extract and whisk thoroughly to combine.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Add the grated apple and chopped pecans in to mix in.
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the lined baking pan. Add thin slices of apple on top.
- When the oven is preheated, bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for an hour before cutting into pieces.
- Top with greek yogurt, pecans and cinnamon to enjoy!

It’s best to store any baked oatmeal in a sealed container in the fridge. I like using these!
