Apple Pie Overnight Oats

If you’ve been here for a while, you know I’m all about a meal prep to make our life easier! Even starting with something as easy as breakfast is so helpful during the week! That’s where these overnight oats come in. Not only are they made with simple ingredients, they are so easy to prep at the beginning of the week too! Then all you have to do is grab out of the fridge in the morning and you’re ready to go!

Plus, these are a great way to add a nourishing and satisfying meal to start the day off with! I like to add the vanilla yogurt and collagen peptides for additional protein, but you can also add a scoop of vanilla protein here too!
