S’mores Date Bark
This 4 ingredient treat will be on repeat this summer! This S’mores Date Bark is so simple to make and makes for the most delicious bite to have ready for a sweet treat.

Thereโs just something about the combination of chocolate, peanut butter, graham crackers, and marshmallows that never gets old and this Sโmores Date Bark has quickly become one of my favorite sweet snacks to keep in the fridge. It has all the flavors of a classic campfire sโmore with a little nourishing twist thanks to soft Medjool dates as the base. Itโs chewy, crunchy, chocolatey, and comes together with just a handful of simple ingredients. Whether you need an afternoon pick-me-up or an easy treat to satisfy a sweet tooth, this recipe checks every box.
I also love how easy this recipe is to customize depending on what you have on hand. You can drizzle extra peanut butter, add flaky sea salt, or even throw it in the freezer for more of a candy-bar texture. Itโs one of those recipes that feels a little indulgent while still being made with ingredients that leave you feeling good. Perfect for summer snacking, movie nights, or keeping in the fridge for whenever a dessert craving hits.

If you want to switch it up, try doing this instead:
- Use dark chocolate!
- Add in mini chocolate chips on the graham crackers.
- Top with more crushed graham crackers after adding the layer of chocolate
How to store your date bark:
It’s best to store in the freezer and eat it right out of the freezer! You can also let it sit out for a minute or two before eating. I like using these reusable bags for freezer storage.
