The combination of the sweet peaches, ricotta cheese and fresh basil is so delicious. Plus, all you need are 10 minutes to get these on the table quick!

What you need for Peach Ricotta Crostini:
- Ciabatta Baguette
- Yellow Peaches
- Ricotta Cheese
- Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Glaze
- Avocado Oil Spray
How to make this crostini:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut baguette into crostini pieces and lay out evenly on a baking sheet.
- Spray with avocado oil spray.
- Place in the oven for 6-9 minutes until crispy.
- Top with ricotta cheese, sliced peach, fresh basil and a drizzle of basalmic glaze.
- Enjoy!
How to store your leftovers:
These are best to enjoy right after making them! If you do have any leftover bread, I like storing it in these reusable bags.
