- Chia Seeds
- Almond milk
- Maple syrup
- Pumpkin Pie spice
- Cinnamon

- Add the pumpkin puree, almond milk and maple syrup to the jar first to mix thoroughly.
- Add in spices.
- Mix in chia seeds and mix together.
- Place in the fridge to soak for 2+ hrs.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- dash of sea salt
Instructions
- Combine almond milk, pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Mix together.
- Add spices and chia seeds.
- Mix together to combine throughly.
- Place in the fridge for 2+ hrs to thicken and mix again.
