It’s time for all of the gameday snacks and these Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a new favorite over here! Not only are these so easy to make but they are so delicious too. They are perfect to add to your gameday menu or make for an easy weeknight dinner.

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

There are a few things that are a must when making my meals: easy, simple ingredients and delicious! These sliders are all of that and perfect to add to your weekly dinner menu or make for the big game. I can guarantee that everyone will enjoy these! I recently shared a Chicken Bacon Ranch Slider over on Substack which can easily be made for meal prep too. Who doesn’t love having sliders ready to grab for a quick lunch!?

The best part about these sliders are you only need a few ingredients! I used shaved steak for these but you can also easily substitute for ground beef. The flavors of philly cheesesteak come together in a delicious way by adding in bell pepper, mushrooms, worcestire sauce and provolone cheese.

What you need for Philly Cheesesteak Sliders:

  • Shaved Beef Steak
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Garlic cloves
  • Beef Broth
  • Yellow Onion
  • White Mushrooms
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Worcestire sauce
  • Butter
  • Sea salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

How to make these sliders:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a pan, heat up olive oil.
  3. Add shredded steak with beef broth. Season with salt and pepper and cook to brown. Remove from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add yellow onion, garlic cloves to saute. Add in chopped bell pepper and mushrooms to saute.
  5. Add steak back into the pan and add worcestire sauce. Mix to combine.
  6. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half. Add steak mixture to cover bottom of rolls.
  7. Top with three slices of provolone cheese.
  8. Add slider tops on. Heat up butter with a little garlic powder. Brush on top of sliders.
  9. Add aluminum foil to cover sliders and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!

How to store your leftovers:

It’s best to store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge! I like using these for easy storage!

If you want to switch it up, try doing this instead:

  • Use ground beef instead of steak
  • Try it on another slider bun instead of the Hawaiian roll
  • Fill it with more veggies like additional bell pepper!
