Maple Mustard Salmon Bowls

I’m always looking for new ways to switch up how I cook my salmon and these Maple Mustard Salmon Bowls are the perfect mix of sweet and savory! They come together in a rice bowl to make for a nourishing dinner that’s packed with protein and will be so satisfying.

Maple Mustard Salmon Bowls

One thing that I never get sick of is a good rice bowl! I find that they are so satisfying for easy lunch or dinner. It’s also one of my favorite ways to pair my salmon and this one is no exception. While there are so many ways to add your own touch of fresh ingredients, the combination of the edamame, shredded carrots and fresh herbs is one of my favorites. I love cooking the salmon nuggets in the air fryer for a little extra crisp and the overall convenience of cooking in the air fryer! It’s a great tool for cooking salmon.

The maple mustard marinade is used to let the salmon sit in for a few minutes before cooking. You want to make sure you do this!! I also like using a little bit of this sauce to drizzle on top after finishing. Once Fall hits, I immediately crave all the maple flavored things and this meal will definitely be on repeat when the salmon craving hits!
