Honey Mustard Sheet Pan Meal
Who doesn’t love a good sheetpan meal right!? A dinner that can come together all on one pan and makes enough for leftovers are my favorite kind of meals. This Honey Mustard Sheet Pan Meal is great because you can either keep it super simple sans the honey mustard sauce or add that to switch it up! Honey Mustard Sheetpan Meal
What you need for Honey Mustard Sheetpan Meal:
- Red Potatoes
- Green Beans
- Chicken & Apple Chicken Sausages
- Avocado Oil Spray
- Sea salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
For the honey mustard sauce, you need:
- Dijon mustard
- Apple cider vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Honey
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
How to make Honey Mustard Sheetpan Meal:
- Start by chopping up red potatoes, chicken sausage and green beans.
- In large bowl, add chopped red potatoes. Mix with a little avocado oil, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven to bake at 400 for 20-23 minutes with potatoes. Flipping halfway through.
- Add remaining ingredients: green beans and chicken sausage and bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare honey mustard sauce by combining ingredients.
- Place sheetpan into a large bowl. Pour honey mustard sauce on top to completely coat.
- Place back in the oven to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Can I use any chicken sausage?
Yes! You can use any chicken sausage that you prefer here. I love the flavors with the chicken and apple sausages.

Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped red potatoes
- 3 chicken & apple chicken sausages
- 2 cups green beans
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt, pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- for the honey mustard sauce:
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut up potatoes, chicken sausage and green beans.
- In bowl, add potatoes. Coat with avocado oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic powdeer.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-23 minutes. Flipping halfway through.
- Take out of the oven and add chicken sausage and green beans. Spray with avocado oil spray, sea salt & pepper. Bake for 20 more minutes.
- Prepare honey mustard sauce by combining ingredients.
- Take sheetpan out of oven and pour into large bowl. Add honey mustard sauce to combine. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
