Dill Pickle Chicken Salad
Who doesn’t love a good chicken salad!? I know it’s one of my favorite things to have prepped and ready in the fridge for an easy lunch during the week. This Dill Pickle Chicken Salad has quickly become a favorite. Serve it on toast, with crackers or by itself for a simple meal!
If you’re looking for something to make for quick and easy lunches, you have to try prepping a chicken salad. Once you do, you’ll be hooked on having that ready for the week. I can’t get enough of them and I love creating new and delicious flavors to switch it up. For example, this dill pickle flavor! If you like pickles, you’ll love this salad! It comes together with a rotisserie chicken for an even simpler option and a few other ingredients that you may already have on hand!

What you need for Dill Pickle Chicken Salad:
- Rotisserie Chicken
- Dill Pickles
- Celery
- Dill Pickle Juice
- Mayo
- Plain greek yogurt
- Garlic powder
- Dried dill
- Sea salt
- Black Pepper
How to make this chicken salad:
- Start by shredding your rotisserie chicken.
- Finely chop up celery and dill pickle.
- In a small bowl, mix together ingredients for dressing: mayo, plain greek yogurt, dill powder, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery and dill pickle. Add in dressing and mix to combine.
- Enjoy!!
