Oatmeal Raisin Energy Balls
Think oatmeal raisin cookie but in a ball form! These are SO good & also addicting. I’ve mentioned before, but I will mention again that these bites are my favorite thing to have on hand. Keeping snacks like this convenient in the fridge makes snacking easier & has you grabbing for better choices. If you’re a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies, then you will love these! Once again, not much needed besides for one bowl and all the ingredients.
Also, don’t forget about the bulk section at your grocery store when picking up ingredients to make these! It’s a huge money saver which all of us love, right? That way you can buy just the amount you need for this recipe or you can get extra to have for the next time. Or if you eat them too quick and need to make more asap 😉
