They’re simple to make, meal-prep friendly, and a delicious way to add a little extra protein to your day while enjoying one of the best flavors of summer.

What you need for High Protein Strawberries & Cream Freezer Cups:

  • Protein Granola (I used this one!)
  • Cashew Butter
  • Vanilla pudding mix
  • Vanilla protein powder (I used this one!)
  • Sugar Free Whipped Topping
  • Fairlife Vanilla Protein Drink
  • Strawberries
  • Dried Strawberries
  • Salt

How to make these freezer cups:

  1. In your food processor, add granola and cashew butter. Blend to combine.
  2. In a muffin pan, add silicone baking cups. I use these! Place granola mix on the bottom to lightly cover around the edges too. Do this to each cup.
  3. In a large bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix, protein drink, protein powder, sugar free whipped topping and salt. Whisk until fully combined.
  4. Chop up strawberries and fold into mix.
  5. Place strawberries & cream mix on each cup to fill the top. Top with crushed dried strawberries.
  6. Place in the freezer for 2+ hours until removing from the cup to enjoy.

How to store your Strawberries & Cream Freezer Cups:

It’s best to remove them from their silicone muffin wrapping and store in a sealed container in the freezer. Storing in a glass bowl or large freezer bag works well.

If you want to switch it up, try doing this instead:

  • Use a different berry like blueberries or raspberries!
  • Try adding a drizzle of chocolate or more granola on top

FAQs:

Can I use a different fruit?

Yes! Blueberries, Blackberries or raspberries would work great here.

Could I use a different type of granola?

I’ve only tested this with this granola! I like using a protein granola to increase the overall protein in this recipe. It should work fine with another granola!

How long do these last for?

These last in the freezer for up to 3 months when stored properly.
