Grilled Peach Burrata Flatbread

One of my favorite things to make in the summer is a good flatbread and this Grilled Peach Burrata Flatbread is the best mix of all the flavors! It’s perfect for summer hosting or an easy weekend meal.

Grilled Peach Burrata Flatbread

There’s nothing better than a good flatbread for an easy weeknight dinner or to make for a hosting appetizer! It’s always a crowd pleaser and it really doesn’t get any easier! I’ve been loving all the peaches this summer and there are so many ways to use them too! On flatbreads, in salads, on toast, crostini–you name it! This time of year is the perfect time to utilize all of the fruits and veggies that are in season.

Serve this at your next summer gathering or add it to your easy summer dinner menu.

What you need for Grilled Peach Burrata Flatbread:

  • Naan Flatbread
  • Peaches
  • Proscuitto
  • Pesto
  • Burrata
  • Minced Garlic
  • Fresh Basil
  • Hot Honey

How to make this flatbread:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Brush minced garlic on both naans.
  • Place naan on the middle rack for 4 minutes.
  • Cut up peaches and place on grill pan for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from the oven and top with pesto, grilled peaches, burrata and prosciutto. Place back in the oven on the middle rack for 3-4 minutes. Place on sheetpan to finish for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and a drizzle of hot honey.
  • Enjoy!

How to store your leftover flatbread:

While your flatbread is best to enjoy after making it, you can definitely save and reheat for leftovers too! I like using these containers for easy fridge storage.

If you want to switch it up, try doing this instead:

  • Use ricotta or shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Try it with a drizzle of balsamic glaze instead of hot honey.
  • Use pepperoni or leave off the prosciutto if you don’t like.

Do I have to use naan?

No! You can use any crust but note that cooking times may vary.

What pesto did you use?

I used the store bought pesto from Whole Foods 365. You can use any of your favorite brands.

Can I use a different cheese?

Yes! You could easily sub the burrata for ricotta instead.
