Make these cranberry brie bites for:

- Holiday party
- Christmas Day snacks
- Weekend munchies
What I used to make these Cranberry Brie Bites:
Recipe note: I’ve only made this with brie cheese and the Trader Joe’s Apricot Cherry Cranberry Goat Cheese which still got melty (you do need to press it down a little more after baking though). You want to use a cheese that will melt in the crescent rolls.
What you need to make Cranberry Brie Bites:
- 1 container crescent rolls
- Brie cheese
- Cranberry sauce or jam
- Fresh rosemary
- Candied pecans: optional
What you need for Cranberry Sauce:
- 1 package 12oz cranberries
- 1 orange, juiced
- ½ cup maple syrup
- dash of sea salt
How to make Cranberry Brie Bites:
- To make the cranberry sauce, add all ingredients in a pan to heat up on medium to high.
- Using a fork, continually mash down the cranberries as they heat up. Continue to stir.
- Bring heat down to medium and stir until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and store in the fridge.
- For the bites, roll out crescent rolls to flatten. Cut flattened crescent rolls into squares (you should get about 16 squares from this)
- Place down square in a mini muffin pan and bring sides of crescent roll up to reach the top of the mini muffin pan.
- Cut up little pieces of Brie Cheese and place inside each square.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with a little bit of cranberry sauce and place back in the oven for 1 minute.
- Top off with fresh rosemary and candied pecans
