Pineapple Salsa

In the summer, I love everything that includes pineapple! This pineapple salsa is perfect to make for a summer cookout or to have for meals all week long. I love to top it on tacos, tostadas or even in salads! It adds so much flavor with just a few simple ingredients to prep it.

What you need for Easy Pineapple Salsa:

  • Pineapple (of course!)
  • Jalapeno
  • Red onion
  • Lime
  • Lime zest
  • Tomato
  • Sea Salt
  • Garlic Powder

How to make pineapple salsa:

  1. Chop up all ingredients. Small pieces are going to best here!
  2. Combine everything into a large bowl.
  3. Add in lime juice and lime zest with seasonings.
  4. Mix together and store in the fridge!

How to store your pineapple salsa:

It’s best to store this in the fridge in a sealed container! I like to use these for easy storage in the fridge while keeping the pineapple salsa fresh for a few days as well.
