Air Fried Salmon Rice Bowls
These Air Fried Salmon Rice Bowls are perfect to make for an easy weeknight dinner that is fresh and so satisfying! The salmon comes together easily in the air fryer and the bowl is drizzled with a bang bang sauce that adds flavor and is so delicious with these ingredients.

What you need for Air Fried Salmon Rice Bowls:
- Salmon
- Brown Rice
- Shredded Carrots
- Edamame
- Cucumber
- Pickled onions
- Cilantro
- Green onion
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Chili Powder
What you need for Bang Bang Sauce:
- Avocado Oil Mayo
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Sriracha
- Rice vinegar
How to make these rice bowls:
- Start by cubbing your salmon into “nugget” pieces. Place in a bowl.
- Mix together seasonings in small bowl. Add to salmon and mix to completely cover.
- Mix together mayo, sriracha, sweet chili sauce and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Add salmon to air fryer at 390 degrees for 7-8 minutes flipping half way through
- Cook brown rice accordingly. I like to use frozen brown rice to keep it easier!
- Assemble bowls with brown rice, shredded carrots, edamame, cucumber and pickled onions. Add salmon on top.
- Top with cilantro and green onion. Drizzle with bang bang sauce.
- Enjoy!

It’s best to store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge. I like using these for easy storage!

This isn’t the exact one that I use just a newer model but I love it!
Yes! I love the crisp it gets in the air fryer but you can also cook this on the stove top using a little extra virgin olive oil.
Pickled onions add the best flavor to everything, but especially to this burger bowl! Start by chopping up the red onion in half and then into some thin “C” slices. Set aside to make the brine. Take 6oz of water and set to a boil on the stove. Put in 1 tbsp salt with 1 tbsp white sugar into the mason jar with red onion. Pour in the boiled water and then fill the rest of the jar with white vinegar. Place lid on mason jar and give it a spin to let onions soak it up. Store in the fridge for the week!

- 1/2 tsp sea salt

- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup pickled onions
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 2 tbsp green onion
- for the bang bang sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
