Spinach Basil Hemp Seed Sauce Pasta Bowl

I can’t tell you how much I love this sauce! It has become on repeat each week over here. I literally put it on EVERYTHING! Pasta, toast in a salad, you name it. It’s also super easy and only requires a couple ingredients which is even better. I think you’re going to LOVE it!! 

Recipe note: You can have this sauce either hot or cold! If you serve it hot, just place the pasta on low and add the sauce to warm up on the stove.

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 cup spinach

  • 1 cup fresh basil (stems & all)

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (using a good quality of EVOO is best)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • ½ juice of lemon

  • Add 1-2 tbsp. water until desired consistency

Directions :

  1. Combine all ingredients in your food processor & blend!

  2. Store in container for 3-4 days or top on pasta to serve!
