High Protein Burger Bowls
I love finding ways to recreate meals into more protein forward options like I did with these High Protein Burger Bowls. It takes all the goodness of a burger and puts it into a bowl with all the best parts including fries, pickles and a homemade burger sauce.

I love finding easy ways to switch up dinner throughout the week while still keeping things super satisfying and nutritious. These high-protein burger bowls have been on repeat lately because they give you all the flavors of a classic burger, just in a bowl. Honestly, I might even prefer them this wayโyou can really load things up with crispy fries, your favorite toppings, and plenty of sauce, so every bite has a little bit of everything.
This meal is also incredibly simple to throw together, which makes it perfect for busy weeks. I usually keep it easy and use frozen french fries, but you can absolutely make your own with sweet potatoes or regular potatoes if you have the time. Pair that with some seasoned ground beef and a quick homemade burger sauce, and youโve got a meal thatโs both delicious and high in protein. Itโs great for meal prep and one of those recipes that everyone will love.
