Whenever I go to Whole Foods or I’m at a salad bar & they have broccoli salad, I always get it! It’s something that I’ve always loved! Most of pre-made salads like this are filled with funky ingredients and I wanted to change that with this one that I made. One of the best things, in my opinion, is being able to re-create some of your favorite items that you can get out. Not only are you able to control what’s going in it, but you’ll feel better eating it. This broccoli salad is the perfect example! This would also be perfect to take if you needed to bring a side dish to a party or tailgate. Or you can just fix it and eat on it all week like me 😉

If you’re doing Whole30, this is whole30 approved just make sure your cranberries are unsweetened! Those are sneaky little bites of sugar 🙂 This is also dairy & gluten free.
As always, let me know if you make it, I would love to see!! I hope you love it!
