One on One Health Coaching is all about you. Taylor works with you to find the results you have always been looking for in order to become the best version of yourself. She combines her passion for helping others, healthy eating, simple & delicious cooking, and fitness to structure the health coaching program fitted for you. She helps you discover and come to love healthier habits while also creating a balance in life.
One on One Health Coaching focuses on mindfulness and uses a zero diet approach to feeling your best. Taylor is there to guide you through this process and be there every step of the way!
This program is for you if you’re:
- ready to turn your life around and become the healthiest version of yourself
- feeling bogged down by all of the information out there on what you should & shouldn’t be eating
- confused on where to start when it comes to preparing healthy meals for the week
- seeking a balance in your life that makes you happy and healthy
- you are willing to commit to your health goals and realize that it takes time & commitment to get there
Agreeing to One on One Coaching can be done on a Three to Six Month basis, depending on your health goals.
This programs consists of:
- (2) 50-minute monthly coaching consultations
- weekly meal planning
- constant support through email
- supplemental tools and worksheets to guide your health journey
