I’m so excited to be able to share a simple meal plan including all Whole30 recipes! Meal planning has been super helpful for me during busy weeks. It doesn’t have to be anything complicated. Creating simple meals that are not only going to keep for a few days but also satisfy you during the week are key. I love to find ways to incorporate similar veggies, protein and greens in my meals throughout the week to help maximize everything that you buy at the store.

I’ve mentioned before, but I hope that this meal plan inspires you and can be a resource to help guide you through meal planning your own week! You definitely don’t need to do everything exactly how it’s laid out here as I did. Find what works best for you, your schedule and your cravings!

When I was thinking about what I wanted to cook up this week, I was thinking I’d make up this list to share with you all too. You can just print this off and mark everything off as you pick it up!

Use this as a guide for you to create your plan for the week! The meal plan that I created would be ideal for 1-2 people with some adjustments that would be made for two people or more eating.
