Hi! I’m Taylor Dadds, the founder of One Balanced Life and Balance Rediscovered: a 10 week program to finding your inner balance.
I remember when I was trying everything that I came across hoping it would be the right thing for me to finally feel confident in my food choices and with myself. It wasn’t until I started to use a simplified approach to nutrition and create lasting routines in my life that I was able to find a balance that lasts.
I developed this program with a step by step approach that I know will not only help you create healthier food choices but a better mindset along the way.
